Maria Carina Thiede has been living on Mallorca since 2012 and has been working in the real estate sector for some of the most renowned real estate companies since 2008. As a trained real estate agent, Maria not only knows the Mallorcan real estate market very well, but through her years of experience she has also been able to gain knowledge of the Swiss and German real estate market. Maria speaks German, English and Spanish.
Hendrik Thiede has been living on Mallorca since 2018 and combines in-depth market knowledge with a strong understanding of the needs of an international clientele. Before founding MONTFAIR ESTATES, he worked for one of the most successful real estate companies in the island’s southwest, gaining valuable experience in the sale of high-end properties. With a professional background in international sales, particularly in the Asian market, and several years living in cities such as New York, Hendrik brings a global perspective, a strong sense for quality, and a deep commitment to excellent client service. He is fluent in both German and English and is known for his trustworthy, solution-oriented approach.
