Maria Carina Thiede has been living on Mallorca since 2012 and has been working in the real estate sector for some of the most renowned real estate companies since 2008. As a trained real estate agent, Maria not only knows the Mallorcan real estate market very well, but through her years of experience she has also been able to gain knowledge of the Swiss and German real estate market. Maria speaks German, English and Spanish.
Hendrik Thiede has been living on Mallorca since 2018 and combines in-depth market knowledge with a strong understanding of the needs of an international clientele. Before founding MONTFAIR ESTATES, he worked for one of the most successful real estate companies in the island’s southwest, gaining valuable experience in the sale of high-end properties. With a professional background in international sales, particularly in the Asian market, and several years living in cities such as New York, Hendrik brings a global perspective, a strong sense for quality, and a deep commitment to excellent client service. He is fluent in both German and English and is known for his trustworthy, solution-oriented approach. His passion for real estate, paired with entrepreneurial vision, makes him a highly respected partner for both buyers and sellers.
Mareike Wärren was born in Berlin and has lived on Mallorca since 2009. Mareike has been working in the real estate industry since 2014 and has successfully worked for one of the most renowned real estate companies on Mallorca. During these years, Mareike was able to gain good market knowledge and experience about the real estate market on Mallorca. As Mareike herself has a great weakness for the beautiful Majorcan estates and fincas, she has become a specialist in this field over the years. Mareike speaks German, English and Spanish.
Anastasia Kaurova has been living permanently in Mallorca since 2019, although her connection to the island dates back to 2004, when she began spending holidays and extended stays here. With a strong focus on the southwest area of Mallorca, Anastasia has developed a deep understanding of the local real estate market. She has been working in sales since 2008 and, from the moment she moved to the island, she immediately started working in real estate—gaining valuable experience and in-depth knowledge of the sector. After traveling the world, she realized that Mallorca is a true paradise in the heart of Europe. Her mission goes beyond selling properties—she is passionate about offering her clients the unique Mediterranean lifestyle the island has to offer. Anastasia speaks Spanish, English, and Russian, and is currently in the process of studying German.
