Diese neu errichtete Gemeinschaft befindet sich mitten im Herzen von Calvia Dorf und wurde erst letztes Jahr fertiggestellt. Die Gemeinschaft besteht aus 8 Reihenhäusern, jede Einheit mit seinem eigenen PkW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Alle Einheiten wurden im mediterran-modernen Stil ausgestattet und beherbergen 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmern (eines davon en-suite). Des Weiteren findet man beim Eintreten in das Reihenhaus einen offenen Wohn-und Essbereich mit einer angrenzenden vollausgestattete Küche vor, von dem man direkten Zugang hat auf die untere Sonnenterrasse mit einem separaten Abstellraum. Ausserdem gibt es auf dieser Etage die Möglichkeit einen Kamin zu installieren. Südwestlich ausgerichtet kann man hier etliche Sonnenstunden geniessen. Auf der oberen Etage befinden sich die restlichen Schlafzimmer mit ihren Badezimmern und eine grosse Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge. 
Fussläufig zum Dorfkern kann man hier bequem alle Erledigungen vornehmen ohne auf einen PkW angewiesen zu sein.
Die Gemeinschaft wird ausserdem einen Gemeinschaftspool haben, der sich gerade noch in der Bauphase befindet.

In Mallorca Südwesten gelegen, befindet sich das Dörfchen Calvià – Calvià liegt zu Füssen der Tramuntana, und war einst ein sehr bedeutsamer Ort. Calvià zählt zu den reichsten Gemeinden von ganz Spanien. Das Dorf Calvia mit seiner schönen Mallorquinischen Bergkulisse, ist mittlerweile dank seines belebten Dorfkerns mit Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowohl bei Residenten als auch bei Urlaubern beliebt. Die Strände von Palmanova und Santa Ponsa, die internationale Schulen Ágora und Baleares International College sind in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Zentrum von Palma und der internationale Flughafen sind 20 Minuten entfernt.

This newly built community is located in the heart of Calvia village and was completed just last year. The community consists of 8 townhouses, each unit with its own parking space in front of the house. All units have been furnished in Mediterranean modern style and accommodate 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one of them en-suite). Furthermore, upon entering the townhouse you will find an open plan living and dining area with an adjoining fully equipped kitchen, from which you have direct access to the lower sun terrace with a separate storage room. Furthermore, there is the possibility to install a fireplace on this floor. Facing southwest, you can enjoy here quite a few hours of sunshine. On the upper floor are the remaining bedrooms with their bathrooms and a large roof terrace with views of the mountains.

Esta comunidad de nueva construcción se encuentra en el corazón del pueblo de Calvià y se completó sólo el año pasado. La comunidad consta de 8 casas adosadas, cada unidad con su propia plaza de aparcamiento en frente de la casa. Todas las unidades han sido amuebladas en un estilo mediterráneo moderno y albergan 3 dormitorios, 3 baños (uno en suite).
